Attorney Support Services

The practice of estate and guardianship law requires that an attorney compile and integrate financial information into filings with courts (e.g. Accounting of Personal Representative) and prepare and file related tax returns (e.g. Form 706 - U.S. Estate Tax Return) throughout the term of their representation.

In the course of divorce settlements attorneys are charged with the responsibility of determining whether assets have been divided on an equitable basis in accordance with the terms of the settlement.

We believe that the attorney’s interest can best be served by enlisting the services of our firm to prepare the required information in the proper form for inclusion in the filings and the related tax returns for the following reasons:

* our basic business is the development, compilation and presentation of financial information therefore, we are more adept at it.
* we are professionals and assume full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of our work.
* our professional training, research library and computer software are continuously updated in support of our overall practice.
* our fee structure will accommodate the requirements of the attorney's practice.

Finally, it leaves the attorney free to practice the law - the discipline that he or she is uniquely qualified for - while having the assurance that their client's best interests are being addressed on the highest professional level.
